"Helpful Support, Just a Little Slow"
I had to reach out with a question about my order, and customer service was genuinely helpful once they got back to me. The reply took a bit longer than I would’ve liked, but they were polite and got everything sorted without any hassle. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience and worth 4 stars.

"I was disappointed with this..."
I was disappointed with this. The weird part is, it looked like it would be decent at first, but once I actually used it, it felt kind of cheap and started showing wear way sooner than I expected. For the price, I really thought the quality would be better. I don’t think I’d order from Martina's Flowers and Gifts again

"Most of my order was wrong"
I ordered three items, but only one of them showed up correctly. The other two were different sizes than what I picked, which was frustrating because I expected the order details to be followed more clearly.
Customer service did get back to me, but it took a little while, and I still had to go through the return process. It wasn’t a total disaster, but I really wish the instructions for fixing the issue had been clearer and the order accuracy was better.
